Hello,

My screen isn't always responding when I touch it. Especially with my alarm. Sometimes it doesn't even respond when I hit the side button as well.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Aerofan

I am sorry to hear your Versa 2 is not always responding to swipes or when you press the button. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help. I appreciate the additional details and recommend doing the following:

  1. Switch to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
  2. Restart your device by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Keep me posted on the outcome.

Hello,

Thank you for your response. I
tried changing it wallpaper back to default and have restarted it and
tried charging and restarting and vice versa. It isn't getting any better.
It's to the point now where it won't respond to touch at all.
