Versa stuck on logo screen

My Versa has been stuck on the logo screen since last Friday. I've restarted it dozens of times and let the battery drain and recharged it a few times as well. No change.

Hi @Joeggs, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.

I would like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since the screen is stuck showing the Fitbit logo. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try one more workaround that has been helpful for this type of issues. Try a factory reset by following the steps below:

  1. On the device, hold all three buttons for about 10 to 12 seconds.
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears, quickly release the bottom right button, continuing to hold down the left and top right buttons (releasing the bottom right button as soon as the logo disappears is time sensitive).
  3. When the device vibrates, release all buttons.
  4. Wait for approximately 1-2 minutes while the device clears all data. Eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays Fitbit.com/setup.
  5. Finally, set up your watch from scratch and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

Hi @JuanJoFitbit, thanks for your reply and no worries for the delay, I appreciate the help.

I've tried the workaround but it didn't work. The watch vibrated and shut-down for a few minutes but stayed at the fitbit logo screen when it restarted. The workaround hasn't worked since.
