Versa Heart Rate Not Working

Hi. So I've had my fitbit since July 2019. The HR has been giving me trouble. the first time i gave it a restart and it worked but now it's doing it again. the green light doesn't even go on.  I followed all the trouble shooting solutions which have been posted - reset, restarting, factory reset, rubbing it with cotton etc. You name it, i've tried it. And it's come to the point where I am so very very frustrated. It's a huge waste of energy and time.  I've lost all my Deezer music (which i had paid up specifically for the fitbit). I had chosen this brand over others specifically for the heart rate. Can someone pls pls help me? Not even the notifications are working 😞

Hi yes i have connected with support but have not yet heard back from them
pls. I'm attaching the form showing that i had bought the fitbit last July
(since when i emailed Amazon they said they didn't find it). would
appreciate you help pls.
