Versa 2 touch screen is not working

Versa 2 isn't responding to touch any more. Has anyone got any ideas?

Hi there, @LolLolLorraine. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.

Please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

The touchscreen of my Versa 2 just stopped working today. I've had this for almost 3 years now. It only happened today. Tried restarting, changing clock face and resyncing but to no avail. Help, how can I fix this?

This hasn't worked unfortunately,  still unresponsive to touch.

Yup just in the last few days I've noticed mine won't sync. I've done everything more than once and still wont. I use it for tracking steps food and sleep.
