My touch screen won't swipe down.. it randomly "pushes" buttons on it's own, I can't read my messages because it won't let me tap on them or respond or anything.. The touch screen just won't work.. Help it's not even a year old!!

@Niborbi - thanks, you can chat Via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help support, Contact Customer support, they can check it. Water can get in sometimes.
As it's under warranty, if it's faulty take it to where you bought it for replacement with a new one is the quickest way to sort it out.

Hi @Niborbi - first thing to try is a restart with the button - How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Hi there, @Niborbi. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2. @Guy_ Thanks for your help!
Since the restart you tried didn't work, try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
If the above doesn't work either, the best way to get help for this problem is to chat with us online or give us a call. Click here to get connected.
We hope your issue is solved soon.

I have a clock again, but still no touch works...
Update: contacted tech support and they were fantastic! Sadly it came down to a replacement, but luckily it's warranted so replacement is on its way! Thanks for all the help everyone!

Hi, I have the same issue. I have changed the clock face to a Fitbit one, reset it so many times and restore it to fabric too, the touch screen still won’t work. 🥲
Update: @MarreFitbit what else would you recommend me to do?
