Versa 2 touch screen isn't working

Hi! All of a sudden my Versa 2 appears to not recognize my touch when pausing or ending excercise mode. Has anyone experienced issues with the screen freezing or have a dead spot with yours? Shutting down and restarting didn't fix it. Now I can't seem to stop the stopwatch either. The top right corner isn't recognizing my touch?

 

My app is up to date. It's is definitely a touchscreen issue?

Yes, thank you. Customer service did help and since my Fitbit is under warranty, Fitbit is sending a replacement. I sincerely appreciate the support. The saying goes, if Fitbit doesn't track it, it didn't happen! 🙂
