Hi, my versa 2 touch screen has stopped working for about 2 weeks now. I have tried everything suggested on the fitbit community from restarting the watch, changing the clock face to a fitbit clock face, resetting to factory settings and upgrading the app to the latest version but nothing seems to work. How do I get my touch screen functionality back? I see this is a wide spread issue that many are facing and it’s now the second fitbit im
having issues with.

I’ve rebooted as suggested by customer support roughly 10 times this last week. No luck with using the touch screen

@Esweat Welcome on board. In addition to the steps you've done so far, please try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face. Hi, I’ve tried contacting support 3 times, half way through my interactions, messages stop sending on your live chat🙈
The issue still persists, I now have logged work outs that randomly quit.
How does fitbit pls on rectifying these issues? As mentioned, it’s not the first issue I’ve had with Fitbit and I can’t keep on buying a new fitbit every 13 months cos I’ve missed the 12 month warranty period, it’s crazy!

I tried all this but no help from fitbit support I asked for email but hit a brick wall
Update: It's like we buy then that's it after warranty is finished we can't do anything

It’s absolutely ridiculous! Every 2 years I’m expected to purchase a new watch because it’s out of warranty when the reality is, these watches shouldn’t stop working this soon and it’s clearly a widespread issue. I had the same issues with the charge 3 and had to buy the versa 2, now I face the same issues. If I don’t have a favourable outcome from Fitbit, I will certainly take to all social media platforms as this is basically robbing customers!

No one is helping looks like alot of people on here have same problem apparently warranty finishes then we on our own with no help, they said to me they will give me discount to buy a new one.......hell no way I'm buying again from fitbit.

One of the worst watches ever I buyed. I have the same screen problem .The age of watches is like car batteries when it completes 1 year it's stops working. The bad things about fitbit all types of watches are no service center no spare parts no repair .. pls suggest on every websites and social media so these watches can be withdrawn from market and ppl doesn't waste their money ... very bad insurance we are 2 ppl are facing same problem .....
