Versa 2 touch screen isn't working

I have restarted the devicec4 x; changed the clock screen 2x, but the I cannot access any other function or screen than the clock.

Hi @Nooi  That doesn't sound good. As you have done all the usual 'fixes' I'd suggest you contact Fitbit Support  and hope they are able to help you
