I had let my sister use my Fitbit Versa for awhile since I have an Apple Watch. My Apple Watch battery is starting to fail (and she has her own Fitbit Versa 2 now), so I got my Versa back from my sister. I tried to perform a factory reset on it to remove all her data, but it went dead almost immediately and won’t restart. I’ve been charging it for hours, tried every button and button combo, all of which did nothing. Please help!

Hi @jlynjames Oh that doesn't sound good at all! You will need to contact Fitbit Support and hope that they can help.
