Versa 2 touch screen isn't working

I noticed today that my Versa 2 won't respond to any touch gestures, the only response I can get is from the side button. I've tried restarting it three times, changing the clock face, checking for updates, and removing the protective cover but none of those helped the issue. Any ideas?

Hello @raecaw

Wow, I admire all the troubleshooting tips you tried before posting here. I understand you tried changing the clock face. Did you revert back to the original clock face or did you put on another third party clock face? If so I’d try setting it to the original clock face to see if that fixed the issue. Is your Versa 2 still syncing to the Fitbit app (recording steps correctly..etc) If you are still syncing information and still connected to your Fitbit App through Bluetooth you could try setting up your device as a replacement: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1873.htm

😃Keep me posted on how it goes.

Hi, thanks for your suggestion! just an update, I have been chatting online with Fitbit support and have been advised to run a factory reset on my device. It hasn't fixed it, so I'm going to continue working with support to find a solution.

I'll update this thread when I get a solution. Thanks!

bonjour

Essayer..

bonne chance.

Good to know your problem was resolved by restarting your Fitbit! As I said in the original post, that did not help me. Thanks for your response!

Mine stopped responding to touchy around 5-23-2022. And texts don’t show up anymore. The steps are still syncing to my phone.

I removed several apps, and returned it to the original clock face. Nothing has worked.
