Versa 2 touch screen isn't working

Hi guys. I have been having trouble with my fit bit touch screen. My last one was defective after 1 year and now the replacement they sent me after a few months is also defective. Before you day anything I have contacted support and gone through all the trouble shooting. I just think these versa2 screens are known for the touch screen to play up alot. They offered me another replacement but honestly I think I should just buy another model

 Has anyone had another fit bit model and are really happy with how reliable it is? Not sure which one to get don't want the same problems. Any advice is welcome.

I’m sorry your having issues with your Versa 2. 😕 I’ve had mine three years now and still functioning great. But you asked about any other suggestions for another Fitbit Model. Because my Fitbit is now 3 years of age I decided to bite the bullet and purchase a Versa 4 because I truly believe I’m pushing the lifespan of my current Versa 2. 

With that said currently there are three new Fitbit coming out soon. Have you looked into any of those?
