My tracker does not record my steps while I am walking while using a walker/rollator.   Why?

Hi @SunsetRunner these devices are wrist based and since you're holding on to something while walking, they don't pick up on those steps very well. It's the same if you're pushing a shopping cart or a baby stroller. When I hold something close and restrict the arm movements, the steps aren't recognized as readily, either. If you play the guitar, clap, knit - those all seem to add steps to the device. Anyway, some people in a similar situation have placed their Fitbit around their ankle or in their pocket in order to pick up the movement. A few used an extender (Amazon has them) to put it around the ankle, which might be a good option for you to try. Let us know what you decide to do.
