So this is the 3rd Fitbit I have had that after about 18 months there are issues: won't sync, stops tracking, etc. I have done everything and still nothing! And by everything I mean, deleted and reinstalled app, restarted phone, held buttons on side down, disconnected and reconnected Bluetooth. It is fully charged and all it will say is searching. Very frustrating since I really enjoy Fitbit products but thinking I may need to switch if I they will only last a few years.
Any other suggestions to get it to work again?
