Versa 2 touch screen isn't working

Touch screen not responding even after resetting, changing face clock made by fitbit, and even completely erasing the watch. None of the solutions proposed by Fitbit has worked.  Please advise the solution as it seems to be a VERY COMMON  problem, or issue a recall!

Definitely frustrating. Do you want help from other users (the Versa 2 forum is a user support forum with occasional posts from Fitbit employees)?
