Hi, this afternoon the display on my versa2 became unresponsive. I am unable to swipe up/down/left or right.
I originally reset my watch and no change.
I then factory reset ( hold back for 10 secs release and hold until longer vibration) device factory reset failed.
Tried again and reset worked, firmware, update then failed. Device is now totally unresponsive.
Please help.
