My Versa 2 touch is not working.

Hi @Vaishp I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Versa.

Please try restarting your Versa 2 by holding down the button for 10+ seconds, the screen will go dark and then the Fitbit log will appear. Fingers crossed it fixes the issue.

Hello, I tried that many times still issue not resolved.

 

Hi @MarciM, this didn't fix the issue I have - same as Vaishp - touch is not working. First the touch stopped when I pull down from the top edge. Now it's not pulling up the menu from bottom edge, and the right edge too. Please comment.
