Hi, my Versa 2 is not working as it should. It started when I could not enter my passcode completely and looked like part of the screen was not working. I did the 10 second reset several times and I took the passcode off. And still I have issues. I can swipe left and get the menus but have trouble setting the alarms I use and I cannot get swipe up to work to see my daily progress.
I have been on holiday and returned but it’s never done this before. Any ideas? Thanks

Sad to hear that your Versa 2 isn't working as expected. Thanks for having tried to fix your issue with the touch display by yourself. Since this did not solve the problem, I'd suggest contacting Fitbit support to see what they can do for you:
