I had to replace my versa 2 after only two months of use because the watch stopped working and would only display the logo. I got my replacement watch and now after I updated the tracker, the touch screen on my watch is malfunctioning. It started with certain buttons malfunctioning and now the whole thing won’t work. The clock displays but I can’t get to any other screens on the watch and I can’t stop the alarms from vibrating. I tried turning it off and restarting it but that didn’t work. Help please!
