Real Banks compatible with Fitbit Pay

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

The main reason for getting a Fitbit was the battery life compared to the iWatch, however my Versa 2 came with Fitbit pay and I recently tried every credit card that I have and none are compatible with the device. My BP Visa card, my Sony Visa card, my CitiBank  Simplicity MasterCard, my credit union MasterCard and my Discover card. None of them worked. I am ready to jump ship and go to Apple Pay with the sucky battery life! The compatible banks are available in my area.

Hi @RobinMaraj  many of us agree that Fitbit should have more banks come on board to allow us to use our cards. Fitbit would love to add more places, but it's not up to them.  Unfortunately, it's up the the individual banks and car companies to agree to sign up with Fitbit. Best way for you to change this is contact them and let them know you want them to allow Fitbit access to use them.
