My Versa 2 touch screen stopped working- I cannot swipe to access any features or swipe down to see my notifications. I’ve already tried the proposed solutions when others reported the same problem- restarting, updating software, and using a clock face made by FitBit- to no success.

If you have tried restarting the watch with the button a couple of times and not been able to restart the watch [no swiping available] through the watch menus, probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
