I’ve not used my versa in 6+months and charged it up today to start using again. My iPhone could not find device.. I have tried all the usual fixes - rebooting app/phone/watch. I’ve removed device entirely and attempted to set it up again and still it cannot find watch. I’ve also removed all my Bluetooth devices and tried again to no avail. Are there any other fixes I can try?

Looks like you have tried most of the troubleshooting steps, do try restarting the watch a couple of times, it sometimes works, also try via both watch menu and with the buttons
Press and hold the back and bottom buttons for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen then release the buttons. |
