The touch screen on my versa 2 stopped responding yesterday, I’ve already tried soft and hard reset multiple times, and factory reset from both the back button and the location in settings. Every once in a while, it lets me use the screen, but only registers about half the price inputs, and I can’t access stats or notifications I’ve also tried deleting all apps and forgetting the device from the Fitbit mobile app, but nothing seems to work. Any other ideas?

Hi @Magicman5 - if a factory reset doesn't resolve it then it has a fault, providing you didn't reinstall the same clock face you were using before the reset. If it is under warranty it can be replaced where you bought it.
