I have the latest firmware (35.72.1.23) on my Versa 2. I don't know if it is related to my unresponsive touch screen but I have tried all of the suggested fixes and my watch is now stuck on a screen, waiting for me to select OK. NOTHING HAPPENS WHEN I TOUCH OK! At least I could get the time off it before I tried to "fix" it. I don't know what else to do. Any suggestions?

Please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
