My touch screen will not respond. I can’t swipe down and if I try to swipe to get to exercise or timer it won’t allow anything to be set.

If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hello, I have had this issue for the past 5 days. I have done all of the above multiple times. It still doesn’t work.

Mine starting doing exactly the same today. Have tried all the suggested remedies to no avail. It seems to have developed a mind if it’s own!!
