Versa 2 touch screen stopped working

My Versa2 is not taking touch. Earlier it stopped taking touch only when I pull down from the top edge. Now it's not pulling up the menu from bottom edge, and the right edge too.

As instructed in other threads, I have tried restarting (more than a dozen times now) as well as factory resetting it. But nothing works. 

Please let me know what else can I try, and what is the way forward to get it repaired / replaced in India? Thanks!
