My versa 2, after having a black screen for a couple of times now lost sensitivity of the bottom of the screen, The most important part, the one you need to click "yes" for factory reset and "end" when done with an activity. The worst part is, my warrant just went off. it worked well for only 12 months.
Makes you rethink about getting another Fitbit.

Hi there, @aline.dsouza1. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 2. We‘re taking into consideration your comments and sentiments with regards to our products and services.
Please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
Hope that helps.

Reset or watch face did not work.
I would like to do a factory reset, but the screen to do that part is not working.
