The touch screen on the versa 2 stopped working. Support chat recommended changing the clock face, force reboot and reformatting the watch, none of which fixed the issue. Apparently at a little over a year old the warranty is expired so Fitbit sent me a code for 35% off a new watch. I will never purchase another Fitbit product again. Such a waste of $200. I'm disgusted.
