Hi there, @Molerat6. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that the touchscreen of your Versa 2 has stopped working. I will be glad to help you with this! 

As a first approach, I'd recommend the following steps:

  1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon at the top-left corner.
  2. Tap your Fitbit device image. 
  3. Near the bottom of the page, tap Sync Now.

If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hello. I follow the steps you mentioned and the touch screen still is not working.

i am still having this issue after following these steps as well. is there anything else you suggest?

my watch is also dying almost immediately after charging 😕

Same here. The screen is stuck and not working. My Versa 2 went from being fully charged to out of charge within 4 to 6 hrs. I recharged it again and it is quickly losing charge. Normally, the full charge lasts me almost a week. Tried the suggestions provided and none worked.
