As a first approach, I'd recommend the following steps:
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Best AnswerSame here. The screen is stuck and not working. My Versa 2 went from being fully charged to out of charge within 4 to 6 hrs. I recharged it again and it is quickly losing charge. Normally, the full charge lasts me almost a week. Tried the suggestions provided and none worked.
