Been using my Fitbit Versa 2 for about two months now, and all of a sudden the swipe down response just stopped working. I cannot access the drop down menu at all. As well as it no longer swipes up to today's stats. I can still scroll to the left, but the sensitivity is awful and it sticks and doesn't respond well.
I see this is unfortunately is a common problem. At this point I have changed the clock faces (Fitbit only), turned off quick settings, made sure it was in manual mode, and have factory reset 3 times.
Pls help. Always been a fitbit and Android user, but I'm about ready to switch to an apple watch 😭

I'm sorry to hear that the touch screen is still not working. I understand your concern and how you must be feeling, I will do my best to help you with this!
As our last resort, I'd recommend performing a factory reset on your Versa 4. Important: Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.
With the above being said, please press and hold the button for about 8 seconds until the screen turns off and vibrates. When you feel the vibration, release the button, then immediately press and hold the button again. Wait for the Fitbit logo to appear, then as soon as the logo disappears, release the button, then press and hold the button again. When you feel the vibration, release the button, then wait for the watch to complete the factory reset.

My son bought me this replacement Versa 2 for Christmas 2023 it is a 2024 model it stopped working on 10/12/2024
It has a black screen it occasionally shows the Fitbit model it will not reset it is fully charged I have turned off the phone turned off Bluetooth and turned it back on deleted the device tried to install the device now it won't sync.
This really makes me angry this is the second one I've had why do they not even last a year when they're $250!
