Versa 2 touch screen unresponsive

Ive had my versa 2 special edition for a little over 2 months. I wear it everyday and clean it regularly. Recently, with in the past few weeks the screen will stop responding at random times and it has become a more frequently occurring problem. 

I've done a factory reset and the issue persists.

 

Please, what can I do? I love my fit bit and just want it to work reliably.

Hi @MrBrown588  as you have tried a factory reset without it solving the problem, I'd suggest you contact Support.

After many e-mails with the Fitbit Support Team, including the requested videos, no resolution. If no no definite answer by end of today, I am going to return it to the retail store.
