About a week ago I noticed that my versa's touchscreen was not working. I love this watch so much, wear it all the time, and it has became very inconvenient now that the touchscreen isn't working. I have restarted it, factory reset it, and nothing is working. What else can I do?

@sjanelli, it's great to see you in our Fitbit forums. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the touchscreen stopped working. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the touchscreen gets fixed.

Best AnswerMine is not working either. I cannot even swipe to go to settings and shutdown or reset.
I also have not been able to receive text for some time. I am not sure if this is do to any update but I shouldn’t have to buy a new watch already.
Mine was happening even before the update and nothing is getting better. Not sure where to go from here
