It appears that this is an old issue that Fitbit thinks is answered but isn't. In hopes that we can get updated answers, I am asking the question again. My Versa has never received texts and doesn't seem to be getting calendar notifications any longer, but I do get phone calls. I have also gone through all the troubleshooting ideas to no avail. I have an iPhone 7 with IOS v 13.3.1 and my Fitbit is on v 3.13, which shows to be current as of today. All my settings are as listed in the suggested fixes. The one idea posted by a person who resolved their problem was to turn on notifications on the watch itself by pressing the left button and an on/off switch should appear. (At least this is my understanding of the fix.) When I press the button, it just shows my notifications and I don't see an on/off anything anywhere. I also don't have a clue with how to proceed.
Fitbit, please do not repeat the same steps as have been mentioned repeatedly in all the treads and mark this as answered. It is not for many of us. If the device isn't going to get text messages, please say that so we can stop the exercise in futility.
Thank you in advance.

Hi @KVJ53 I dont have an iOS phone, so just repeating what I have heard. If the steps as outlined in THIS thread are correctly then most, if not all, of the notification problems following the iOS update will be resolved. If you are certain you have completed each step as written then Id suggest you contact Support and see if they can help.
