I’m able to use the button to toggle on and off but the touchscreen is unresponsive to any action. Swipe, tap or drag.

im worried my watch has reached the end of its days. Are discounts available on replacements?

Hi there, @TylerBritz. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2. I understand how you must be feeling.

Before considering other options, please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi @TylerBritz - let's see some simple remedies before replacement.

Firstly hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start. A restart may cure it.

If that doesn't help it is likely a software issue if you just updated it or a hardware one, commonly water getting in.

It may detiorate to other issues of charging or short battery life in that case.

Secondly you can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support. They can help you with a factory reset.

If it is outside warranty and you liked the watch, try for the same model in the shops, as the later more expensive ones don't have all the features you have.
