Versa 2 touchscreen not working. Factory reset and customer service no help. Had some other disappointing issues with no help since google took over. I am switching to an Apple Watch, just posting this for others who might be considering purchasing a Fitbit

That’s ok I was just posting to help other users. I understand it’s an older model and problems happen. I’ve just been disappointed in service since google took over. Plus was sad google removed the challenges which was a fun community. It’s time for me to move on, best of luck to you.

Ugh and even worse Fitbit is saying I get no partial refund on my premium subscription even though the remaining six months are completely useless to me. That stinks!
