Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi @Pammei - I'm wondering if the suggestions don't work if your watch may also have a problem with it's Quick Settings.

To check, do a long button press (if not reassigned) or double tap the watch, scroll face down once, then again, and tap the 2 white bars.

Hi, and thank you for responding. I have given up on the watch. It does
the update but will not install.
