Hi there, @Rlaufer. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that the touch screen of your Versa 2 is still not working. I will do my best to help you with this!

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

This has happened to mine also, no response to touch on the screen and I had to remove the pin lock as it wouldn't respond then it just randomly responded to all the touches at once and said I pit the wrong code too many times.

I have tried resetting it many times and tried changing the clock face, it's literally only displaying the clock screen and I can't get to anything else. I have a recurring alarm set, it displayed the alarm but wouldn't respond to me trying to turn it off

I don't know what else to try

@Shannon-M Welcome on board! Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot the issue with your Fitbit device prior to posting here.

If you enter an incorrect PIN code 10 times, you're prompted to unlock your Fitbit device with your paired phone. To unlock your device with your phone:

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > Devices > your device.
  2. Tap Device Lock.
  3. Find the option to reset your PIN code.

Note that after you reset your PIN code, you must add your cards to Fitbit Pay or Google Wallet as if you were setting it up for the first time.

Yes, that's actually not the issue at all, I know how to reset the pin.

The issue is my screen was unresponsive, then randomly responsive, then not again. It since has done a weird glitch with lines across the screen and yesterday died completely.

I have seen so many people with the same issues, it's sudden and weird, what is going on?

Is this fixable or is my watch just dead now?
