My versa 2 has stopped responding when the screen is touched. The side button works to activate the screen, but I can no longer scroll right to left or up and down on the screen. It is still syncing with my phone and charges ok. I have tried holding down the side button for 10 seconds to reset and tried changing the clock face, but neither of these have worked.
