Versa 2 touch screen

Hi.

Recently got given a Fitbit versa 2 as a present but not had a chance to wear it. Started using it over few weeks ago and worked perfectly.


Now I have noticed the touch screen is not working. Swipe up down left right nothing. 
I have tried updating it still nothing.

sometimes when I push the side button to restart it works then it goes back not working....

 

any ideas???

Hi @Hemzz3328 , restart your Versa 2 three or four times in a row (internal reset) by long pressing the left button untill you see every time the fitbit logo and release the button. Normally this should solve your problem. Erik

Hi @SunsetRunner.

 

i have tried turning the device of by pressing the left button so many times.

im sure I tried it last night over 14 times 🤣
I have also tried removing the device and setting it back up.

Hi just a update.. @SunsetRunner 

 

Like I said in previous message all last night I’ve been turning it on and off so many times and still nothing.

 

I tried again just now and it works. LOL.

 

BUT... left it 10 mins now back to not working 🤣.
