I've only had my Versa 2 for two months now and within the first month I started having issues with it just shutting off randomly restarting on its own now I'm having issues where I can't even use the touchscreen I restart it it'll work for maybe five minutes and then it goes back to not being able to use the touchscreen. Anyone else have/had these issues? How do you resolve if you can't use the touchscreen? I got the watch at Best Buy and they said they didn't offer warranty for it which i thought was odd, I didn't think I would start having problems with it within a month of using it. $200 is not cheap.

When the touchscreen is working, swipe left to settings, about, Factory Reset.

Yes, i ended up researching and found that out, Than you. I tried it and all seemed well but then it ended up doing the same thing again. I ended up calling customer service.
