Hello,
I've been experiencing problems with Versa 2. I've bought it approximately 3 months ago and few weeks ago (I think it was in the first half of October) I was going to gym when I wanted to turn on the treadmill program. The screen was not responding, so I rebooted the device. After reboot it took a few minutes but it started to respond.
Later (few days ago) the screen again stopped working. It was not working for a day or two when it started to work on it's own again. I tried rebooting, syncing and upgrading firmware on the day I started to had the problem but nothing helped.
Notes:
Note #1: I do not sync regularly so maybe there is some data built up waiting to be synced a lot of the time. It is caused by me having all my phones with Android 6 at max. I have tablet with Android 7 so I sync there from time to time. The home wifi that has been set up on the watches is available every day though, so maybe it syncs to cloud without Android device, I am not aware of the specifics of this mechanism.
Note #2: When the Versa touchscreen wasn't responding, the clocks were few minutes behind. Just an observation.
Any help is much appreciated.
I'm trying to figure out whether I should send the product to my retailer for a replacement.

Hi @Valh4ll4, try restarting your Versa 2 three times by long pressing the button untill you see the Fitbit logo and see if that solves your problem. Furthermore a question: are you using a Third Party Clock Face? If yes, replace it by one developed by Fitbit itself and restart your Versa. Regards kuzibri

Versa 2 requires a phone with Android 7 or higher.

I am syncing it using a tablet which runs Android 7.

I believe I restarted it 3 or 4 times and it did not help at that time. I may be wrong however and will try that when I encounter the problem again. Regarding the clocks, I'm using "Waveform" which says "Fitbit" as author. Thanks for the tips by the way.

I have the same problem with my Versa 2. I switched to a 3rd party clock face, but the touchscreen issues didnt start until a month later.
I just switched back to a Fitbit Clock and restarted 3 times. The touchscreen works intermittently, just enough to be frustrating.
