Have just noticed that the tracker screen is lifting from the frame/strap. On closer inspection I realised that the whole tracker unit is loose. I have not maltreated it in any way and it is still working but I’m wary of continuing to wear it in case I lose the tracker. Any views on how to fix? It doesn’t seem to clip back in if lightly pressed.

Update: I’ve been in touch with Fitbit as advised. Unfortunately there’s not an official fix for this, apart from the inelegant rubber band I am currently using. Fitbit have offered me a reasonable discount on a new one, so I’m looking at the options just now.
