Versa 2 transferring music issues

there is no option to download a fitbit connect, and logged into my fitbit account there is no music option, ive been back and forth trying to figure this out all day and no luck. that is 1 reason i bought this versa 2 is so i can listen to music.

Hi @Drea36, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! Regarding the music transfer issue that you are experiencing with your Versa 2, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. Please contact them with the reference number they provided and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
