Versa 2 replacement feedback

I got my first versa2 for Christmas it turned out to be bad finally got a replacement in March and once again here I am with the same problems as my first one. I'm so disappointed and mad that this has happened twice. There is no reason for this I wish I had never bought the first one. It seems the cheaper watches are better should of stuck with that.
