Fully charged and when I look to see time, it has powered off. Just started doing this and happens during the day and night, 4-5 times a day.

Please clarify "powered off". Do you just mean no clock display with wrist turn? No clock display when button press? No clock display any way, plus you can tell it is not adding any steps to daily total?

Does this happen when you wake up or when your watch runs out of battery? Or it just happens with no reason? Have you tried restarting your watch pressing the button for 10 seconds?
