Versa 2 unreadable screen

Have lines and screen fades on my versa 2, can anyone confirm if they still abide by the 2 year warrenty the ACCC made them change to in 2018.

@Samwilson83 Welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the screen issue that your Versa 2 experienced, I noticed that you contacted our Support team and they provided a solution. I'm glad to hear that you are back on track with a replacement unit.
