Versa 2 unresponsive button

Hi there,

The home button on my Fitbit Versa 2 has just stopped working. I can still press it but nothing happens when I do. Is there anything I can do? I have it since last Christmas. Thanks.

Hi Ricardo,

 

I have switched it off but I can’t turn it back on now which I should have thought of before I switched it off! I can’t get it back on now.

I'm sorry to know that you're still experiencing difficulties with the button of your Versa 2. I'd recommend to try using compressed air at a distance to try clearing the button area from any dirt or debris that might be interfering with it and let me know if the issue persists.
