Versa 2 unresponsive

My Versa 2 has been acting strangely for the past two days. It started self-restarting itself for 12 hours and I couldn't use it and then after unpairing it multiple times and trying to factory reset it (Which hasn't even worked once) it's been stuck on a screen with a white Fitbit logo for the last three hours, trying to reset it brings me to the data not cleared, sync and try again screen but after syncing it again brings me back to the same frozen logo screen. The firmware version has even somehow regressed to version 6.2.11. There is no option to update my Fitbit on the dashboard. I have gone through the forums and have done or tried to do everything suggested.

I also forgot to mention that the battery has been draining at about 1% per minute. So 100% gets me 100 minutes.
