I’ve had my Versa 2 since Christmas. All great until about 10 days ago, vibrating at random intervals with no reasoning or time related vibrations. The screen often doesn’t come on when arm is raised or button is pressed. When it does come on it often won’t respond to attempts to swipe through the screens. Not useable at all as I cannot guarantee that it will come on to show me the time. I’ve tried to search for updates and reset it. No luck! Help!

If you have already tried Restarts, when you can get touchscreen working, try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings and then About, Factory Reset.
