Versa 2 water damage

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Had my fitbit 2 years now and not really had an issue with it, been swimming with and wear it in the shower most times.

Went for a run in the snow and cold conditions. After this my fitbit had a black screen and signs of condensation on the HR sensor now won't turn on, has been sat in rice for 48 hours and been on charge now for 24 hours.

Still nothing.

They don't like hot water, so as it has water in it leave it on its side on the button side. It will take a few days to dry in a warm place.

After which it may be safe to charge it.

It may come back back to life but won't be very reliable after that.

Probably time to replace it, see in a week.
