Versa Lite Skin Temp

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My old versa lite would not connect due to Bluetooth issues so luckily I was able to get a new one under warranty. This happened a few days after I purchased a premium subscription. I finally got a new Versa Lite & have been using it for about a week now. It will not track my nightly skin temperature under the health metrics section. It also have trouble tracking some other aspects of sleep. In addition, it continues to tell me I need to update the firmware, despite this being a brand new device which I updated after syncing on the first night I received it. I would tell you the firmware version if I knew where to find that. I’m quite upset because I’ve lost out on about a month’s worth of my year-long premium subscription perks due to these issues. Is anyone having the same problems? And did they happen suspiciously close to when you signed up for premium or do you think it’s purely a coincidence? As an Apple phone user, it reminds me of the dread I feel updating my phone knowing it will probably slow it down and destroy my battery (which I was forced to do as a part of the troubleshooting process for trying to get my previous fitbit Versa lite device to work 😕 ). Thanks for any answers provided.

Versa Lite doesn't detect skin temperature and doesn't need any updates..
